Kelvinside is a traditional 3 bedroom holiday cottage in Northumberland located in the pretty fishing village of Seahouses. Kelvinside can sleep up to six people and is suitable for both small children and dogs.

The sheltered large south west facing garden gets sun all day weather permitting and has a terrace with outdoor furniture. 

Shops, restaurants and pubs in Seahouses are a 5 minute walk, as is Seahouses Golf Club and the beautiful south beach.

The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect holiday.

The dining room has a large table that can seat up to 6 people. The sitting room has 1 sofa and 3 arm chairs, seating 6 people in total. There is a 40″ HD TV with SkyQ system that includes movies and sports channels. The sitting room overlooks the large, fully enclosed, south west facing garden.

There is a downstairs cloakroom and laundry room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, a washbasin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully fitted including range cooker with 5 induction hobs and 3 ovens, microwave, integrated dishwasher and American style fridge freezer.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom with a built in wardrobe, one twin bedroom with a built in wardrobe and one bedroom with bunk beds. 

Upstairs the bathroom has a large walk in monsoon shower.
